Whilst waiting for little Cub (Part 2)

The last weeks of pregnancy is a little bit nerve wrecking considering that anything can happen any day now. It has been really cold lately and in one way it is good that little cub is inside the warm belly although I can't wait to see him now. 

A short update from the past couple of weeks.

Girls night out :)  

Boys night out (glad the Night Ravens are there looking after them).

Skiing today :)

My biggest challenge is to keep away from falling over in the steep hills with my pregnant bump. I get a little bit of an adrenalin rush when it goes a little too fast :p 

Mike is adapting into the sporty Norwegian lifestyle so much better than me. I really feel that I get so easily tired now and if it was not for the drinks and chocolate  biscuit I would have given up half way :)

Whilst waiting for little Cub (Part 1)

We have finally packed our belongings and moved to my hometown in Norway. I love finally being able to nest properly whilst waiting for little Cub to be born.

Seeing my family and close friends is fantastic and the best thing is that my lovely man is here with me.

The view from our flat out here. Sea, mountains, snow and a pink sky, the winter is pure.

  The sun has been away for 2 months already but lucky for us we arrived when it came back.

We have already been cross country skiing even though I thought it was impossible to do so during the last month of my pregnancy. 

Mike has been skiing several times and I just can't resist joining him when the weather is like this. 

Mike captured the Northern Lights from the balcony the other day. Magic times!

♥Little cub♥

After I joyful lunch in town with the girls, I came home to a bunch of fresh autumn flowers, kind words written for me on a baby penguin card and some new little baby boy pyjamas. I am glowing and shining of warmth inside, thank you my lovely man.

Recently we went for our 18-20 weeks scan and we are having a little son next year in February.

 

I am happy! I just hope the rest of our pregnancy will be fine and that only good things will meet my baby boy when he arrives ♥
